As early as my University Vac work days I have been in leadership roles that required the development of people - as an Undergrad Mentor, Telesales Team Lead, and Youth Leader.
In the formal work sector I started as a software training consultant, evolving over time to where I now fulfill advisory, coaching, and mentoring roles for my clients, across all ambits of business. Throughout my career, I have been focused on uncovering people’s potential, whether it be through:
- training,
- change management,
- team building,
- business optimisation programmes,
- coaching, or
- mentoring.
My engagements with organisations, both locally and internationally, equip me to work successfully with the most junior, or the most senior individuals in any organisation.
Through-out my career I have built my own teams to help me deliver services to my clients. I have grown businesses through selling, developing and delivering a variety interventions aimed at building, motivating, and retaining talent. I am passionate about helping organisations to ensure that the day-to-day tactical activities of their staff, deliver to the strategic plans set out by C-suite Executives.
